Just me recording today and I'm talking about a rare but important procedure after total knee replacement, manipulation under anesthesia or MUA. Patients are often afraid of this procedure and they need not be. The MUA procedure is a great tool that when timed correctly can be just what is needed to improve the knee ROM to improve "functional knee flexion". Give it a listen.
