The episode Caleb and Luke engage a somewhat controversial topic:  Should everyone deadlift?  The short answer is YES.  In some form or fashion, modified, or traditional, the deadlift exercise represents one of the most important functional movement patterns-a movement pattern that most people engage in on a daily basis.  You either do it right or you don't...but you do it nearly every day.  Lots of exercises can be dangerous...so can driving a car.  We don't stop driving cars because it could be dangerous or because people are killed in car accidents, we just learn how to drive correctly and carefully.  Check it out!  Get those hips hinging.
